I’ve had an amazing experience getting implant work done at Third Coast Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming. The Doctor, Nurses and the entire support team were courteous and kind. The facility was spotless, and after my implant procedure, Dr. Niquette called later that afternoon to give me an update and see how I was doing. It’s 9 pm now and it feels like I didn’t even have dental work done. He does amazing work and I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism. This office team is amazing and I highly recommend them!

Unless something emerges as a concern beyond day 1, I am very pleased with my experience today. Very efficient and thorough on what to expect and written discharge procedures. Pain level at home is minimal and bleeding totally stopped in 2-3 hours.

My 1st time here. From the girl that checked me in at the front desk to checkout and all in between. What a great Staff! Beautiful on the inside. Oh, and their chairs are so comfortable 😆 I think I said that to two of the girls. Anyway, I felt comfortable and will be back in August! Thanks everyone

I got all four of my wisdom teeth removed on Friday and I have nothing but kind things to say. I didn’t interact with the surgeon as I was put under IV anesthetic, but the nurses and other staff were incredibly kind and patient, they explained everything thoroughly and made sure my questions were answered. I have had minimal pain, and the swelling has been as expected, I really appreciate the staff and the work they did on my teeth, you can tell they are well trained in their work and their social skills with patients, the surgeon’s work was also very well done as far as I can tell as somebody who does not work in the dental/medical field.

From the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctors, to check out - you’re treated with the highest level of care and professionalism. They really try to make the process as comfortable and seamless as possible. They’re upfront about cost and insurance benefits in an effort to minimize surprises and the doctor even calls after the procedure to answer any questions. I recommend this office to everyone I know.
